Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Local Pickup (Optional – If You Offer It)
We offer free local pickup by appointment—please choose this option at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
